Birdie was derived as a concept to combine our love of fried chicken sandwiches with superior quality ingredients and a cool place to hang out. We’ll let other places worry about the hot chicken sandwiches and the varying levels of heat. At Birdie, we’re focusing on combining flavours from around the world with exceptional locally sourced chicken to make the best fried chicken sandwiches in town!

In a time where every major chain restaurant wants to compete over their fried chicken sandwiches, we just wish to serve quality food. Our ambition is to serve the best food, using the best ingredients and putting a smile on people’s faces along the way. To that effect, we take pride in hand breading every single chicken sandwich and cooking it to order.While we realize this might take away the fast in fast-food, we promise the wait is worth it.
