We Were Born to Serve Comfort Food That Warms The Heart And Soul

Birdie was derived as a concept to combine our love of fried chicken sandwiches with superior quality ingredients and a cool place to hang out. We’ll let other places worry about the hot chicken sandwiches and the varying levels of heat. At Birdie, we’re focusing on combining flavours from around the world with exceptional locally sourced chicken to make the best fried chicken sandwiches in town!

Went there after playing a round of golf at Confederation, got myself a Nashville sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken was very light the fires were crispy well seasoned. The owner Gaurav was there who recommend their Inglewood Ice tea which was super refreshing. Higley recommend going there, hopefully they open more locations soon would love to have one closer to me.

Discovered this amazing little place on our recent trip to Calgary. The fried chicken sandwiches are very good - especially the ones with Cajun and chipotle sauces. Fries are also very good. Service is impeccable - timely and polite. Quite reasonably priced too.

My husband and I went there tonight for the first time and we will definitely be going back! The chicken was very tender and flavorful and the waffle fries were amazing. 😀. The gentleman that served us was very helpful, cheerful and polite and came to our table twice to check on us and our meals. Very impressed! 🙂 We had to wait 15 min for our meals as they're prepared fresh but it's worth the wait.
